Effect transforms the classic puzzle game through the power of music. It’s hard to put down, and even harder to stop thinking about. Tetris Effect is available on PlayStation 4.

Got it last night and drowned in the effect. The effect is powerful.

Oh my god, the people at gamespot are a bunch of hacks. You talk about a fucking Tetris game like you’re on the edge of climaxing but you post your Red Dead 2 review and basically call it a slog and give it the same score as Tetris. Go fuck yourselves Gamespot. I’ll resubscribe when you learn that you don’t have to be anti-mainstream to be subjective

I hope this game gets ported to Nintendo Switch. Looks like a game that would be cool to play on the go like Lumines

I've never had a review experience quite like this. Great job, sir.
I will wait for the glorious PC release and don my Oculus goggles for an unhealthy amount of time (:
And if it stays a PS4 exclusive then I'll get it in 10 years when an emulator (and hardware) is capable of such things. (: Not buying inferior hardware to do the exact same thing that my computer can already do. Not good for the environment or my wallet.

I think I will absolutely love this game, my only gripe is it's a bit expensive.

43.75 Dollars in Romania. I mean. The game looks great, but I think the price tag is a bit high. At 20 Dollars it will be an instant buy. At the moment, I would say no.

Isn't this review a bit over the top? It's just Tetris with the iTunes vizualizer in the background

Frankly I'm amazed that GS even mentioned VR. They seem almost allergic to giving games on the platform a go. Their loss and Eurogamer's gain though!
